Enhancing Clinical Trial Awareness and Increasing Participation of Black Patients Closing Remarks

At the third session of the 2023 African American Prostate Cancer Disparity Summit, PHEN Founder and President Mr. Thomas Farrington thanked the audience for joining the event. He went over the poll results from the audience, which stated that 97% of poll-takers rated the session as excellent and 90% of the audience found the Clinical Trials Successes and Missed Opportunities presentation clear and helpful. In addition, 97% of the survey takers stated the presenters were excellent. Lastly, 100% of the audience understand the importance of participating in clinical trials.
