Rev. Dr. Derrill Blue Says Early Detection Saves Lives

Rev. Dr. Derrill Antonio Blue, Senior Pastor at the Little Rock AME Zion Church, emphasized the importance of early prostate cancer detection screenings in an awareness message for the Charlotte Prostate Cancer Disparity Rally. In fact, his grandfather survived this disease, which makes it a very personal issue for him.  

“Knowledge about early detection screening is key to beating prostate cancer,” said Rev. Dr. Blue in his awareness message. “This is personal to me, as my grandfather is a prostate cancer survivor.”
