As part of the Dallas Prostate Cancer Community Rally, Rev. Dr. Frederick Douglas Haynes, Senior Pastor at Friendship-West Baptist Church, encourages Black men to obtain early detection screening for prostate cancer.

“Prostate cancer is a crisis – it’s wreaking havoc [and] breaking hearts in far too many African American homes. Our community is suffering, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Please recognize early detection for prostate cancer is a matter of life or death,” said Rev. Dr. Haynes.
