At the 2025 Prostate Cancer Disparity Summit, Lifetime Legacy Awards were bestowed upon individuals who have put forth numerous efforts to contribute to prostate cancer awareness and support PHEN. Mr. Thomas Farrington, President of PHEN, presented these awards to:

- Mr. Robbie Robinson
- Dr. J. Jacques Carter
- Mr. Jerry Womack
- Mr. Richard Salmon
- Mr. Raymond Fuller
- Dr. Matthew Kinnard
- Mr. AJ Merriweather
Mr. Farrington explained how he has known Mr. Robinson from the beginning days of PHEN, including throughout his prostate cancer diagnosis. Mr. Shelton has also been with PHEN from the start, providing assistance during annual summits and through countless prostate cancer awareness events.
Dr. Carter has also provided men with assistance and knowledge throughout their prostate cancer journeys by participating in PHEN programs. PHEN Ambassador Mr. Jerry Womack from Charlotte, North Carolina has been assisting this organization for the last 20 years and was provided with the Lifetime Legacy Award.
“It was my duty and responsibility to continue to share the message of early detection and try to save men’s lives. I’m proud to be a part of this team,” said Mr. Womack.
Jacksonville, Florida Ambassador AJ Merriweather “has been a great asset for us” and “he’s been a great leader,” said Mr. Farrington. These men have all shown tremendous support to PHEN over the years and were awarded Lifetime Legacy Awards for their leadership.
