As part of PHEN’s Florida Prostate Cancer Disparity Rally, Tampa Mayor Jane Castor urged men to prioritize their well-being by visiting PHEN’s website at ProstateHealthEd.org.

“I wholeheartedly support the important work being done by organizations like the Prostate Health Education Network,” said Mayor Castor. “When prostate cancer is caught in the early state, the long-term survival is nearly 100 percent. However, when diagnosed late, that survival rate drops dramatically to about 18 percent.”
