PHEN Founder and President Thomas Farrington provided opening remarks at the first session of the 20th Annual African American Prostate Cancer Disparity Summit, explaining the agenda for the meeting will revolve around policies impacting the racial disparities behind this disease. He also highlighted Congressman Gregory Meeks and his support for the summit.
“A primary concern for PHEN is to ensure that the racial disparity is reduced and not increased. That really is the focus of this session,” stated Mr. Farrington.
