PHEN’s Social Media Initiative Plan for 2019 with Mr Jerry George

During the 14th Annual African American Prostate Cancer Disparity Summit, Jerry George, the Program Coordinator at PHEN, spoke about the social media initiative undertaken at PHEN in 2018. This initiative began via webcasts of PHEN’s monthly prostate cancer support group meetings at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Mr. Jerry George explains that, by 2017, PHEN sought to reach more individuals by streaming these webcasts through FacebookLive and incorporating their church partners.
